BREW STEPS — 3 POURS

  • Bloom — 0:00 | Pour 50 g, saturating all grounds. Let rest until 0:30.
  • Main pour — 0:30 | Pour steadily to 175 g total, spiraling gently from center outward.
  • Final pour — ~1:30–1:45 | As the bed begins to show, pour to 300 g total. Keep pours controlled and centered.
  • Drawdown | Allow the coffee to drain fully. Target finish: 2:20–2:40.
